Welcome Fall and Welcome Inn…
Recently, Colorado has seen its fair share of weather events. We wanted to reassure our guests and visitors that Holden House 1902 Victorian Bed and Breakfast Inn and the surrounding Pikes Peak area in Colorado Springs has been unaffected by the recent weather events which have gained national attention. We greatly appreciate the phone calls from guests who are considering a trip to Colorado. We stand proud to announce that our local attractions remain open for business and that the state of Colorado as a whole has attractions ready to make your stay a wonderful experience. While some of the National Parks and Monuments are temporarily closed due to federal budget issues, our State and local parks, art galleries, shopping districts, fine dining, museums and historic sites are ready to make your stay in Colorado a trip for pleasant memories.

Whatever the weather, you’ll enjoy our delicious full gourmet breakfast, afternoon wine social, a cozy fireplace or balconies, verandahs and porches to rock away your cares for an autumn getaway.
“We encourage everyone to visit and enjoy everything that Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak area
has to offer.”
-Sallie Clark, Innkeeper
Pikes Peak, America’s most visited mountain has both the highway to the top (at 14,110 feet) and the world’s highest elevated COG railway which is open daily. With the fall foliage rapidly changing, the scenic byways are accessible and safe to drive. We have countless state and local parks, hiking, galleries, breweries, museums, festivals and more just waiting for you to explore. In Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods and our famous Cheyenne Mountain Zoo are bursting with colors and excitement. You won’t want to miss the “largest giraffe herd in North America” where you can actually feed the giraffes and the new African Rift exhibit is an “up close and personal” look at lions, elephants, and monkeys, among others. Remember Meerkat Manor? You won’t be disappointed to meet our friendly and cute Meerkat mountain residents. New adventures await you here!
