Our InnCat/Mascot, Mei-Lin, has now been joined by our new kitten Mingtoy. She is in the tradition of the Holden House' "Ming" dynasty. Little Ming was born on St. Patrick's Day and with the assistance of Mei-Lin, they're sure to make your inn stay "purr-fect"!

 A "Deer" guest visits the Holden House garden...
On the 4th of July weekend, Holden House welcomed an unexpected brown-eyed guest for breakfast in the garden. A lovely young doe was spotted by guests as she dined on a delicacy of green Macintosh apples. Most likely, she strolled through the neighborhood from her residence at the Promontory Park open space, just two blocks from the inn. We're not sure if she'll be a return guest, but we are sure that she enjoyed her gourmet breakfast dining experience, amidst fresh herbs and a colorful garnish of tiger lily's. |
